The group is small on purpose, so nobody here works on a fragment of a project. You will follow what you draw onto site.
Openings
We read open applications all year.
The group does not run a rolling list of advertised vacancies. Hiring happens when a project needs a pair of hands, and it usually happens fast — which means the applications already on file are the ones that get called.
If you work in any of the disciplines below, send your portfolio. It stays on file and it gets looked at.

Who we take on.
Architects
Concept through construction documentation, on residential, corporate and industrial work.
Interior designers
Offices, retail and residences, detailed to the joinery, the hardware and the light.
3D visualisers
Exteriors and interiors, modelled and lit to the standard the group sells and builds from.
Site engineers
Trade coordination, quality control and snagging, taking the group's own drawings to handover.
What We Look For
Three things, in this order.
Drawings that could be built
Show us a detail, a section, a schedule — not only the renders. We want to see how you think a thing is put together.
Willingness to go to site
The group builds what it draws. Everyone here has stood in the dust and found out that a detail did not work.
Care about the small parts
The hardware, the reveal, the light. Most of what separates our work from an average job lives at that scale.
